Sleep is vital for good health, especially for children as part of their essential growth and development. A lack of sleep can have detrimental effects on a child’s education and ability to learn. According to the NHS in the UK, school-aged children need 9-12 hours of sleep each night. A lack of this can cause a myriad of health issues, including a weakened immune system, increased levels of hunger, susceptibility to mental illnesses like depression and anxiety, and an increased risk of heart disease and diabetes if sleep deprivation continues longer term. Beds also lower the chance of our children suffering from jiggers.

Please note this is the bed frame, only. Mattresses will have to be bought separately.
