The Nasio Quiz Night

We are thrilled to invite you to a fun-filled Charity Quiz Night in support of the Nasio Trust! This exciting event will take place at Loose Cannon Brewing Co Ltd in Abingdon on Thursday 13 March. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and we promise an evening of challenging questions and great company.

For those who might get peckish, food will be available for purchase throughout the evening until 8.30PM.

Entry is just £4 per person, making it an affordable night out for everyone. We’re expecting a full turnout so we recommend that you if you’re planning to come along.

The Nasio Trust does incredible work, and your participation will help support their mission to transform the lives of vulnerable children and communities in Kenya. By joining us, you’ll not only have a great time but also contribute to a worthy cause.

Publishing in Africa at the London Book Fair By Katie Isbester

In further support of the Nasio Trust’s Library appeal, Katie Isbester talks about her recent trip to the London Book Fair and a fortuitous discovery!

I didn’t mean to go to the talk. There were some 30,000 people at the London Book Fair and I was supposed to meet at least a few of them. Instead I found myself going to a talk on publishing in Africa because of Nasio Trust. I knew it was trying to build a library, the first of its kind in Western Kenya, and I was rather curious.
