The Oxford Half Marathon
12th October 2025

Get ready for an incredible route through Oxford’s glorious city centre, which will feature live music, local bands and DJs at every mile.

Oxford will bring its best spirit, and everyone is invited to cheer and partake from the sidelines.

Oxford’s glorious city centre route kicks it off on Broad Street, starting you off on the right foot near Trinity College and the Clarendon Building.

Once you pass through the charming village of Old Marston, you’ll cross the River Cherwell and whip back around to Oxford University’s impressive Lady Margaret Hall, before finally finishing on Park Road.

There’s a minimum fundraising requirement of £500 per runner. All runners will receive a Nasio t-shirt to wear with pride, and everyone who finishes the race will also be awarded a medal and official event t-shirt from the organisers.

We have a limited number of charity places available, and we expect them to go quickly! To run for The Nasio Trust, please register here or contact us for more details by October 1st 2025.

All proceeds will go directly towards Nasio projects and will change lives in the communities we support for the better!

Jiggers: A Preventable Crisis with Life-Changing Consequences

Jiggers are initially thought to come from Central and South America, the jigger parasite found its way to Africa, likely through human migration. Once it burrows into the skin – most commonly in the feet – it causes severe inflammation, ulceration, and unbearable itching.

Left untreated, the infection can escalate to tetanus, gangrene, or even the loss of limbs.
