Good Luck To The Oxfordshire Scouts!

We are delighted that 23 Scouts will travel to Kenya to take part in a Nasio volunteer community project and Safari in July 2017.

The 14 day trip will be a mix of volunteering and safari, as well as an opportunity to meet Kenyan scouts in order to exchange skills and knowledge.

I first met Mourine in 2014, on my first visit to Kenya with the Nasio. She was five years old at the time, and in Baby Class at St. Irene’s ECD school. I almost instantaneously developed a soft-spot for her, and decided to sponsor her.

I have been blessed to get to know her and grow quite close to her in that time.
