HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join our friendly and busy team. The role will involve providing administrative support across all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle, to help it run smoothly and efficiently at all times. With the responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the charity’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

The HR Officer role is a new position to complement the existing administrative team. We are seeking a highly organised, personable and adaptable individual with very strong administration, people and management skills.

ACCOUNTS CLERK

The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts transactions data and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

STORE KEEPER & PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Responsible for Overseeing purchases, cost analysis and stores management to ensure no loss, wrong delivery and distribution of materials and to adopt cost-saving measures that will drive efficient scale-up of the supply chain.

YOUTH WORKER

Nasio Trust seeks to recruit a Youth worker to oversee the Youth programs and a social enterprise Youth Bicycle Project.
A Youth worker who can plan, organise and oversee our community programmes aimed at supporting young people. We are looking for a candidate who is confident working with young people in difficult situations, and who is sensitive and non-judgmental.

MEDICAL RECORDS OFFICER

Maintaining and keeping medical records in safe custody and training/management of staff on the computerised records system. Providing informative reports as required from data held covering workload and performance of the medical Centre.

Muslim Farmers Project

Medina Rajab is a Muslim farmer from Ichinga village, she benefited from the Nasio Trust Muslim farming project where she received maize seeds, fertilizer, and vegetable seeds. She managed to harvest 2 bag of maize which she stored for consumption.

Vegetable production has improved her family’s health by increasing the number of meals per day. Previously, her family used to have a single meal a day but after harvesting the vegetables, she manages 2 meals a day due to availability of enough vegetables.
