This role brings dynamic leadership to the Nasio Trust’s programme in Kenya, enabling us to work in partnership with others to contribute significantly to the change we want to see in Mumias West: individuals and communities living in dignity, breaking the cycle of poverty; economic and social systems transformed to remove power imbalances and other root causes of poverty and inequality.

The role will also champion the operational opportunity of the Nasio Trust’s Kenya programme ensuring that staff capabilities, the quality of our programmes, our financial resilience and marketing capability all work effectively together to realise the Nasio Trust’s vision, goals and ambition.
