Become a Nasio Ambassador – Be the Voice of Change and Champion Nasio’s Cause!

Do you have a passion for making a real difference? As a Nasio Trust Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in transforming lives in Kakamega County, Kenya. By lending your voice, influence, and enthusiasm, you can help break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for vulnerable children and families.

Why Become an Ambassador?

  • Raise Awareness – Help shine a light on critical issues like education, healthcare, and food security, ensuring the world knows about the challenges—and solutions.
  • Inspire Action – Your voice can encourage people to donate, volunteer, or partner with Nasio, directly changing lives.

As a Nasio Ambassador, you can help transform lives by:

  • Spreading the word – Introduce Nasio to like-minded people at your workplace, university, church, or community group.
  • Mobilising support – Encourage your company to take part in payroll giving, event sponsorship, or volunteer opportunities in the UK and Kenya.
  • Representing Nasio – Join us at local events in Oxfordshire and beyond to raise awareness and inspire new supporters.

The Ambassadors Programme will give you the opportunity to:

  • Give back in a meaningful way
  • Build skills such as communication, advocacy, and fundraising
  • Become part of a community of like-minded changemakers

As an Ambassador, you will receive:

  • A welcome and onboarding pack to get you started
  • Personal support from the Nasio team in both the UK and Kenya
  • Resources and guidance to help you share Nasio’s mission with confidence

You will be a perfect fit for the Ambassadors Programme if:

  • You enjoy meeting and speaking with new people
  • You are passionate about making a difference
  • You have had experience working with a charity or are interested in working in the sector in the future
  • You can work independently and take initiative

With a time commitment of no more than 2 hours a week, this is your chance to be a force for change. Whether you’re a student, professional, business leader, or influencer, your voice matters. Join us as a Nasio Trust Ambassador today—together, we can create a better future!

Kennington and Musanda: A Historic Twinning that Bridges Two Continents

On 11 October, something extraordinary happened. The village of Kennington in Oxfordshire officially twinned with Musanda in western Kenya the heart of The Nasio Trust’s community work.

This is the first ever twinning between a village in Oxfordshire and a village in Kenya, and it marks a milestone in our shared story of friendship, compassion, and collaboration.
