Bath University & The Fluoride Test That Will Change Lives

As our regular supporters will be aware, we’ve recently begun work to help the people of Oldonyosambu in Tanzania whose lives have been blighted by fluoride in their water.

Researchers at the University of Bath have come up with a simple colour changing test that will quickly allow water to be tested for excessive amounts of fluoride, and The Nasio Trust is going to help them field test it.

“Earthwise Girls” Sanitary Pads Make A Big Difference At Township Primary

Here’s Tabitha’s account of a recent visit to provide sanitary towels and underwear made available in partnership with “Earthwise Girls” and Nasio Trust supporters.

"Today we have managed to visit Township primary school, and on our visit there, we have been able to hand out "Earthwise Girls" sanitary pads and Underwear to the girls in both class seven and eight."

Benji’s Experience In Kenya

I would like to thank Ed and everyone else who is part of The Nasio Trust for enabling me to experience the work they do in western Kenya.

The community in Mumias is amazing, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing football, Frisbee, hand printing, colouring and singing with the local children.
